Since the release of GTA Chinatown Wars Papercraft I have been working hard to complete both display bases and all of the cars released so far! After a good 40+ hours of work, around $35 in supply's (ink, paper, glue sticks, and scissors) and creating a base for the other 3 cars to sit on I have finally finished!

After all of the hard work and frustration caused by this dubious task all I want to do now is burn the damn thing! So I have decided after a lot of thought and Ideas from friends that this work of art deserves a good home before I end up setting it a blaze!

Well Rockstar has once again updated their GTAIV.exe. The new version is 1.0.0.4 and fixes some good stuff like:

The update converts all region SKU's into the same SKU.

Includes support for all languages within a single exe.

Allows controls to be double mapped on keyboard.

Added a option in controls menu to disable mouse controls in helicopters.

Ability to adjust keyboard control sensitivity in hood cam view in vehicles.

Security Updates to deter cheating in multiplayer. WOOT!!!

Hosts can now immediately Kick users from their games in Lobby and in game via Cell phone without having to rely on peer voting.

Fixed a bug in Cops 'n Crooks mode where Host would drop out and prevent remaining players from leaving game.

Also with this update you will now need a new version of SparkIV to edit your GTAIV game!
You can get the newest version of SparkIV here!

Just add the files from the new SparkIV into your GTAIV folder overwriting the old ones and your good to go!

This mod will replace your starting clothes in GTAIV with a new Halloween outfit and it will replace your molotovs in GTAIV with Jack O Lanterns.  This GTAIV mod also includes a custom weapon hud icon!

This mod will change your jetmax boats in GTAIV into a highly edited version of my very own submarine model used as mods in GTAVC and GTASA. This craft drives on top of the water like a boat and can be used in a multiplayer game how ever if you would like it to drive under water like a submarine as well then you will need to change handling info which will cause you to no longer be able to play online! I have changed this submarine model a lot since it's first introduction way back in GTAVC. It now has some new textures, model changes like added water vents, new handling and it just looks a lot better than it ever has in any other GTA game. Plus it comes in multi colors that can be changed in the carcols.dat file.

The driving underwater part of this mod is a little strange seeing as the camera does not like to follow the craft underwater due to the way water works in GTAIV. To get it to go under water you must get the nose of the craft pointing downward. One way of getting this to happen is by hitting reverse while moving forward and then once the craft tips forward give it the gas and it should plow under the water.

If anyone comes up with a way to improve the handling and/or camera follow on the craft please let me know and I'll update the mod with the new information and your contact info. You can contact me by clicking here!
