This mod will change the MP3 player that the pedestrians carry in your GTAIV game into a new PSP Go. If you see someone walking down the street with one of these you can knock it out of their hand, pick it up and then throw it at them. It won't kill them but if the cops see you do it they will come after you for assault! It also comes with 4 different screen images to choose from.
